Center (NOC) technology provides
24x7 visibility of Windows based
desktops, laptops, and servers. The
NOC schedules and performs proactive
service to address preventative
maintenance duties at specified
intervals. The result is a reduction
in your operational expenses because
you no longer have to utilize staff
resources to handle the day to day
maintenance duties associated with
updating antivirus signatures,
scanning and removing spyware,
updating critical security patches,
and cleaning temporary files. In
addition, Intracat Systems delivers
comprehensive reports each month
detailing system inventory (software
and hardware) and preventative
maintenance activities performed on
all covered systems.

Tech Contract Terms
A minimum of three covered systems are
required for Digital Tech Managed
Services. The three systems may be any
combination of workstations and/or
servers, however a minimum of one
server is required. A flat rate trip
charge is assessed for all onsite
service calls to your location
(determined by the total mileage
from Intracat Systems business
office to your location). Within the
greater Houston area the minimum
trip charge is $50 and the maximum
trip charge is $75. Onsite service
calls are not covered under this
contract. Hardware and
software purchases required for
service are not covered under this
contract. Digital Tech contracts are
for a minimum term of three (3)
months and require 30 days written
notice to cancel. Unless notified in
writing by either party, the
contract will automatically renew at
the end of the contract term.
Payment for your total monthly
premium is due on the first of the
month with payment in full required
before any services are performed.
Payments received after the 10th of
the month will incur a late payment
penalty of the greater of $25 or 3%
of the total due. In addition to
your first months payment, a deposit
equal to one full month of service
is required. The deposit requirement
will be waived if payment by credit
card with rebilling permission is
authorized in writing.
